Gordana Stojkovska (1961)
writes prose, poetry, essays,
and translates from several Slavic languages. Short story collections:
Sonkobija 1991, … 1994. Novels: Boja na bezvremeto (Color of
Timelessness) 1996. Books of Poetry: Noctambulissmus (Severno
talkanje; Northern Wondering) 1989; Pomegju (In Between) 1990;
Mostuvanje (Bridging) 1999. The novel Color of Timelessness was
translated into Belorussian, Bulgarian, Russian, and Serbian, the poem
Bridging was translated into Serbian and English. Stojkovska’s stories have
been translated into several European languages. Awards: Mlada Struga,
Ratkovikj Award - Montenegro, All Slavic Award - Belorussia, etc.
