Robert Alagjozovski (1973)
born
27.10.1973, in Strumica. He has received bachelor degree in 1992 at the High
School "Josip Broz Tito" in Skopje, degree "A". He has graduated on the
Department of General and Comparative Literature at The Faculty of Philology in
Skopje in 1997 with the theme "The Novel "We" by Evgenij Zamjatin within the
context of Negative Utopia". He is now on Postgraduted studis on the Department
of General and Comparative Literature at The Faculty of Philology in Skopje. He
is working on M.A. thesis: "The Teoretical and poetical aspects of the
Macedonian postmodernist prose". He has published recensions, criticism, essays,
styudies in several newspapers and magazines: "Kinopis", " Nashe Pismo",
"Margina", "Shine", "Urban Magazine", "Teatarski Glasnik", "Scena" as well as
the dayly newspapper "Dnevnik". He is editor of Culture in "Studentski Zbor".
He has colaborated with Macedonian National Television within the programs "In
the Film focus" and "Pulsiranja". He was author of a cultural programme within
Sitel Television "Ars modus" for two years. He is engaged at the International
Film Festival in Skopje.
He is an active participant within the Transeeuropeennes-Paris network of summer
schools and seminars on cultural and sociological themes.
He also writes short stories. He has received Second prise at the traditional
competition of "Studentski Zbor" in 1997.
